Personal Training with Ernie includes one of the most thorough intake procedures in the industry; physical testing along with mindset and motivational assessments help to develop a plan that takes into account real world “peaking” moments (like an athletic event, wedding or lifestyle goal etc…). Personal Training should be more than “working out”.
Every relationship includes guidance in supportive eating strategies, one on one training sessions, homework assignments and email support.
Sessions are booked for 30 minutes and clients can spend time in the training room before and after sessions to warmup and complete workouts independently. Specific days and times can be reserved without ever having to buy a package of sessions.
Ernie Schramayr is a Medical Exercise Specialist. An MES is a fitness professional who not only works with the typical client looking to improve their health and fitness level, but who also has gained the knowledge and skills to work with clients who present a wide range of medical conditions. The MES is trained to develop safe and effective conditioning programs for clients with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological, or metabolic disorders.
The MES is not trained to offer any professional rehab services provided by licensed physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and/or physicians. They do not diagnose or treat any condition.
Medical Exercise helps to restore muscular balance and create functional outcomes through exercise.
Ernie will teach you how to modify your routines to stay safe, strong, and injury-free throughout your life.
Medical Exercise sessions are booked in the same way as Personal Training sessions. All sessions are booked “as you go”, one at a time, but, you can reserve specific days and times to be ongoing.
